費城亞裔活動中心是一個非營利機構，為在費城的亞裔人士提供幫助，並為老服務，讓他們有地方獲得各種信息，也讓老人們感受溫暖與關懷。自成立以來，費城亞裔活動中心和天普亞裔活動中心合作，為大眾提供免費治療，如：驗血，注射疫苗，婦科檢查，乳房X光檢查，並舉辦4次健康講座。

費城的亞裔老人越來越多，亞裔活動中心是他們消遣的最佳場所，活動中心設有太極，交際舞，排排舞，歌唱，麻將，英文課程班等，供大家活動。目前會員超過二百人，活動的時間為每星期兩次（星期四和星期日）上午十點三十分下午四點正。

PACC is a non-profit organization that provides various services and activities to the Philadelphia Asian community.

PACC has organized various free health clinics with the Asian Health Department of Public Health of Temple University for blood tests, Hepatitis B, pap exams, mammograms, and more; in addition, PACC has organized a number of educational health seminars. We provide a host of activities, making space for Mahjong and classes for Tai Chi; modern group, friendship, and Chinese ethnic dances; singing; and English.

PACC has become an essential gathering place for Asians to have fun and healthy activities and services. As of July 2009, PACC has attracted over 200 members.
